Two Year Warranty
Our 4D Controls team consists of engineers and technicians who have experience working in industries ranging from mining, oil, gas, agriculture, and manufacturing. Our knowledge of these businesses allows us to understand the importance of sourcing and delivering automation and control parts quickly when a breakdown occurs or when spares are required to keep production running when you can least afford it to stop.
At 4D Controls, we pride ourselves on our quality products and ensure they are in good working order when delivered. We ensure this by thoroughly inspecting, testing, and cleaning all items before dispatch and protecting them with our 2-year warranty.
If you find a fault within this 2-year time frame, please advise our sales team, and send your shipment to our Head Office in Australia. Once received, we will either repair, replace or refund your order at the discretion of 4D Controls.
Moreover, we also provide a 60-day return policy at 4D Controls. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product within 60 days of the purchase date. Before sending the item back, we kindly ask that you contact our sales team first to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned product at our Australian facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was dispatched. Upon successful inspection, we will proceed with issuing a full refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under the customer’s responsibility.
